Reading Expressions

They’re both looking at you. What are they thinking?

To me, these two make me feel like I’m at a fancy cocktail party to which I’ve worn something far too frumpy. They’re looking at me as though I’ve just said something that sounded funny in my head, but out loud it was two tics too raunchy. They are not amused.

What do you see in their faces?

You can visit these two in person at MoMA.

He’s definitely disappointed that I would laugh so hard (and so loud) at that joke and she’s thinking “It figures”.

I can’t believe I haven’t been to MoMA yet. Crazy! I’d better go see them for myself.

    • Really worth a trip. If you bring kids, I’ll warn you off the section with the old school video games, however. As tempted as I was to stand there and play Tetris for hours, if was peeling my son away from the more colorful games that made the visit less than lovely for me!
